Property Inspections and Maintenance:
- Conducting routine inspections to identify maintenance needs (before yearly lease renewals).
- Making you aware of and scheduling preventative maintenance to avoid costly repairs
- Overseeing landscaping and common area upkeep
Rent Collection and Financial Management:
- Collecting rent payments from tenants
- Enforcing lease terms regarding rent payment
(e.g. late fees, NSF fees)
- Managing property finances (paying bills and/or repairs/maintenance workers)
